200 g pasta
1 egg white
1 egg
150 g pancetta
1 tbsp olive oil
80 g parmesean cheese

Recipe Directions for pasta carbonara

  1. brown pancetta

  2. beat egg

  3. beat egg white

  4. boil pasta

  5. once pancetta has cooled add to the raw egg

  6. add the cheese

  7. add to steaming pasta and mix well

  8. add olive oil

  9. serve
