Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Carbonara

600 g pasta
100 ml cream
75 g parmesan cheese
150 g mushrooms
100 g bacon
2 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 small egg

Recipe Directions for Pasta Carbonara

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and mushrooms finely sliced. Add bacon and cook through - set aside.

  3. On a low heat, add one egg, cream, parmesan cheese and the cooked mushrooms etc.

  4. Stir continuousley and servie immediately.
