Recipe Ingredients for Pasta, Brian's Style

2 T olive oil
2 cups chicken, nuggets
1 onion, large
4 garlic cloves
1 pound artichoke hearts
1 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 cup olives, green
16 ounces pasta
1/2 cup cheese, parmigiano
2 T basil, pesto

Recipe Directions for Pasta, Brian's Style

  1. In a large skille conaining the olive oil heat over medium heat, combine the chicken nuggets, onion and garlic and saute about 10 minutes, don't over cook.

  2. Add artichoke hearts, sun ddried tomatoes and olives and remove from heat.

  3. Cook pasta per box instructions.

  4. Drain pasta and toss, chicken mixture, cheese and basil pesto.
