1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
120 2/5 grams Mushrooms, Portabella
55 grams Onions
1 can Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Pasta Bolognese

  1. Chop all vegetables

  2. Fry onion

  3. Add beef and brown

  4. Add mushrooms and pepper till almost cooked through

  5. Add canned tomatoes

  6. Serve with pasta
