Pasta with Sun dried tomatoes, cheese and Roasted Bell Peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with Bell Peppers

1/2 cup Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil
1/4 cup olive oil
3 bell peppers
1 lb spaghetti
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 oz mozzarella cheese
1 pinch crushed red peppers

Recipe Directions for Pasta with Bell Peppers

  1. Sauté garlic, roasted bell peppers and sundried tomatoes

  2. Add crushed bell peppers and salt to taste

  3. Add cooked pasta and cheese mix until well coated and heated through.
