Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Bake

1 cup onion
1 1/2 cups aubergines
1 cup zucchini
400 g tomato
30 g bacon
2 eggs
1 tbsp parmesan
60 g pasta

Recipe Directions for Pasta Bake

  1. Saute onions until lightly brown, and then add aubergines and zucchini and dry fry until tender.

  2. Add the bacon, and tomato pulp.

  3. In a seperate pan boil the pasta. When done, add to sauce, add the eggs and parmesan and bake in oven for about 30 mins or till slightly brown
