Recipe Ingredients for Pasta bake with brusselsprouts

1 g Herb Seasoning Salt
180 grams Brussels Sprouts
125 grams Organic Whole Wheat Penne
10 grams Butter
10 grams Wheat Flour
20 grams Parmesan, Grated Cheese
150 ml milk 1%

Recipe Directions for Pasta bake with brusselsprouts

  1. Boil pasta according to the packet.

  2. Cut the brusselsprouts in thin slices, boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes and strain.

  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and whisk, then add the milk.

  4. Add sprouts, parmesan and pasta to the sauce. Season with pepper and herb slat.

  5. Bake in medium hot oven for 20 minutes.
