Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Aubergine

150 grams Aubergine
2 1tsp Olive Oil
363 grams Whole Tomatoes
1 small Onions
1 cloves, raw Garlic
5 tbsp Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Pasta Aubergine

Simmer chopped onion and minced garlic with 1 tbs oil, add aubergine peeled and diced with 1 tbs oil. Cook for 20 min, add tomatoes cook for 20 min, season with salt and pepper . Cool for 10 min then add sour cream. Serve with pasta.
