Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Alfredo with Vegetables

450 g fettuccini
435 g sundried tomato alfredo
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
8 oz broccoli florets

Recipe Directions for Pasta Alfredo with Vegetables

  1. Boil pasta

  2. Cook chicken in large frying pan or wok

  3. When chicken is cooked, remove from frying pan and slice

  4. Sautee mushrooms in frying pan

  5. Boil broccoli in small saucepan

  6. When mushrooms are cooked, add sliced chicken and cooked broccoli, cook for 5 minutes

  7. Add pasta sauce, stir

  8. Simmer sauce mixture for 10 minutes

  9. Drain pasta and toss with sauce mixture

  10. Serve
