A delicious Alfredo pasta with 5 times less fat than a regular one with real cream

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Alfredo

1 pound pasta
2 cups cottage cheese 2%
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup MIlk
1 egg
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup fresh basil

Recipe Directions for Pasta Alfredo

  1. cook pasta al dente and reserve

  2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth

  3. ADD Parmesan cheese,milk (2 or 1 %)egg and spices keep on blending until everything is creamy and smooth

  4. Pour on top of your pasta into a pan and warm it for one minute . Mix pasta and sauce meanwhile without stopping

  5. serve quickly and add your fresh basil

  6. Bonne appétit!
