Recipe Ingredients for Pashtida

4 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 large(50 g) Egg, Whole
18 grams Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 cup pieces Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Pashtida

Lightly fry onions and mushrooms. Mix egg, cottage cheese and flour together in a large bowl. Mix vegetables with batter. Cook in oven for about 20 minutes.
