Recipe Ingredients for Pascualina de carne

2 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
2 cup Onions
1 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 carrot Carrots
260 grams Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
125 grams Roasted Garlic
5 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
1 serving hojaldre dough
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Pascualina de carne

Sautee onion and garlic. Add mince and the rest of the vegetables except chard, chopped. When that is cooked, add chard. When all is cooked, salt, spice and add cream. Allow the mixture to sit and lose some water. When lukewarm, add 4 beaten eggs. Put the mixture in the dough in a pan. On a hole in the mixture, put an egg. Put the other sayer of dough and paint with egg. Cook 30-45 minutes at low temperature (until golden). PD: The recipe could use another couple of eggs.
