Recipe Ingredients for Parsnip & Squash Gratin

1 lb parsnip
3/4 lb winter squash
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
2 T half and half

Recipe Directions for Parsnip & Squash Gratin

  1. Cut parsnips and winter squash thinly.

  2. Layer, alternating vegetables, with shredded parmesan between each layer.

  3. Pour half and half on top.

  4. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
