Recipe Ingredients for parsnip puree

1 1/2 lb parsnip
2 potatoes
1/3 c sour cream
1 tbs butter
1 tsp ginger
1 pinch of salt
1 black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for parsnip puree

  1. Chop parsnips into 1 inch cubes.

  2. Bake the potatoes for about an hour

  3. Cook the parsnips for 20 minutes in salted water. Drain the water and add everything to a food processor and blend.
