sweet, spicy and clean parsnip puree

Recipe Ingredients for parsnip puree

3 cups parsnips
1 carrot
2 medium potatoes
1 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp cilantro
2 tbsp parsley
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp jalapeno
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp fresh rosemary

Recipe Directions for parsnip puree

  1. peel and rough chop all ingredients and put in pressure cooker.

  2. cook everything for 10-15 mins until tender

  3. put in a food processor and puree until smooth

  4. season to taste

  5. enjoy
