Recipe Ingredients for Parsnip Kinpira

2 cups parsnips
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Parsnip Kinpira

  1. Cut parsnips into matchsticks.

  2. Add half a cup of water into a hot pan. Once boiling add in parsnips and cover for 3 minutes. Drain.

  3. Heat oils and stirfry parsnips for 3 minutes. Then add the seeds and red pepper flakes. Toss with soy sauce and enjoy.
