Recipe Ingredients for parsley potatoes and onions

3 pounds red potatoes, cut into large chunks
1 medium yellow onion, cut into large chunks
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 stick butter

Recipe Directions for parsley potatoes and onions

in large bowl, toss together potatoes, onions, parsley salt and pepper. Transfer to 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Cut butter into chunks and scatter over top of potatoes. Cover and microwave on high 15-20 min or til potatoes are tender, stirring halfway through cooking time.
