Surprisingly great linguine. Ready in 15 min

Recipe Ingredients for Parsley and Pepper Lingine

1 can anchovy fillets
1 onion
5 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mushrooms
2 garlic clove
2 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp ginger root
170 g linguine

Recipe Directions for Parsley and Pepper Lingine

  1. Bring water to boil in a large pot and add linguine.

  2. Cook for 12 min.

  3. Add oil to a large skillet and add the anchovy fillets. Stir well and break up.

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients except the parsley and saute until cooked.

  5. Chop the parsley fine and add to the skillet just prior to serving.

  6. Drain the water from the linguine and add the parsley and pepper sauce.
