Recipe Ingredients for Parsley and Parm Rice

2 cups white rice
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup water
1 tbsp dried garlic, minced
1 tbsp dried onion, minced
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 pinch black pepper

Recipe Directions for Parsley and Parm Rice

  1. Cook rice according to directions, except instead of just water, use chicken stock and water.

  2. When cooked empty into bowl and add 1/2 cup of the stock, parsley, garlic, pepper & onion. Mix together well.

  3. Add parmesan cheese and mix well.
