Recipe Ingredients for Parsley Lemon Cod

12.96 oz cod
1/2 c lemon juice
3/4 c swanson chicken broth
1 tbsp light butter
1/2 c fresh parsley
1 egg white
1/2 c bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Parsley Lemon Cod

  1. Whisk egg white. Dip cod in egg white. Then coat with bread crumbs.

  2. Cook in skillet, flipping once until cooked through.

  3. Take fillets out of skillet, place on plate and in oven set on warm.

  4. In the skillet, add chicken broth, butter, and parsley, scraping up brown bits to deglaze. Simmer for 3-5 min.

  5. Add cod and simmer for 5 min more.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
