2 white fish fillets
2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
4 tsp. parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Parmesian Crusted Fish

  1. Preheat Broiler. Place fish on broiler pan. Spread fish evenly with mayonnaise and top with Parmesan cheese.

  2. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 6-8 minutes or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily.
