Rolled Chicken breast with mushrooms with a creamy sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesean rolled chicken

12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup bread crumbs
2 cups mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
1/2 cup red onions
1/2 can cream of chicken soup

Recipe Directions for Parmesean rolled chicken

Pound 3 chicken breast flat. saute onions and mushrooms in butter and olive oil until onions are soft. Mix with 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1/4 cup par cheese. Roll chicken breast and fasten with tooth pick. Roll chicken breast remaining bread crumbs place in pan with cream of chicken soup over top and sprinkle remaining cheese over the 3 breasts. cook at 350 for 45 minutes
