Recipe Ingredients for Parmesean Noodles

224 g egg noodles
1 cup dry milk, reconstituted
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion
1 tbsp cornstarch
6 tbsp parmesean cheese
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Parmesean Noodles

  1. Boil the noodles until soft. Drain.

  2. In a separate pan, heat the butter and oil.

  3. Chop the onion and add to the oils.

  4. Mix the cornstarch with a small amount of the milk and add to the pan.

  5. Stir the mixture and add the additional milk and water to get a thick sauce.

  6. Add the parmesean cheese. Continue cooking over medium heat until the cheese is melted.

  7. Add the cooked noodles and stir.
