Recipe Ingredients for parmesean crusted chicken

1 chicken breast
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
25 g bread crumbs
30 g flour
1/4 cup milk
1 egg

Recipe Directions for parmesean crusted chicken

  1. Slice chicken into 1/2 thick strips

  2. beat egg in bowl with milk

  3. mix together grated parmesean cheese, bread crumbs and flour

  4. dip chicken into egg mixture then coat with bread crumb mixture

  5. cook in oven at 420 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
