2 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
5 serving Trader Joe's Grated Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Zucchini

  1. Chop zucchini and garlic

  2. Heat olive oil in pan, then add zucchini and garlic

  3. Saute over high heat until zucchini is just tender, then top with parmesan cheese

  4. Turn off heat when cheese starts to melt
