Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Turkey Loaf

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion chopped
1 1/4 pounds ground turkey breast
4 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 egg white
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Turkey Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350; spray and 8 x 5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray

  2. Ina smail nonstick skillet heat the oil. Saute the onion until tender 4-5 minutes.

  3. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and transfer to the pan

  4. Bake until browned and cooked through, 50-60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
