Parmesan encrusted tilapia filets.

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Tilapia

35 oz raw Farm-Raised Tilapia Fillet
8 tblsp Italian Classics Parmigiano Reggiano Grated Italian Cheese
0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
3 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Pepper, Black
3 sec spray Cooking Spray
3 Teaspoon Juice

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Tilapia

Mix parmesan, bread crumbs and seasings in one plate. Put lemon juice in another plate. Dry tilapia fillets with paper towel and dredge through lemon juice. Then dredge through bread crumb mixture. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place fillets in dish and bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until flaky.
