This is a great way to flavor baked fish fillets - use any fish fillets you like

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Tilapia

6 grouper fillets
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
1 egg
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp capers
1 tbs flour
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Tilapia

  1. mix all the wet ingredients in one bowl

  2. mix all the dry ingredients in a shallow dish

  3. drege the fish through the wet, then dry ingredients

  4. place in a shallow pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes
