Breaded oven fried tilapia fillets

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Tilapia

20 oz tilapia fillets (5-4oz fillets)
2/3 c panko
2/3 c parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c flour
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Beat eggs in a shallow pan.

  3. Combine panko and parmesan cheese on a plate.

  4. Place flour on a seperate plate.

  5. Cover fillets in flour, then egg, then parmesan mix.

  6. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
