Spinach and Parmesan balls. Easy to make! Can add crab or lobster.

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Spinach Balls

10 oz Spinach
2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
5 oz Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
0.5 stick Butter
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Spinach Balls

  1. Thaw spinach, melt butter, add onions and garlic, add cheese and bread crumbs and spices, mix well.

  2. Grease a pan. Roll into 1in/1.5 inch balls (meatball sized), and bake at 350 until lightly browned.

  3. Serve like biscuits.
