lightly buttered noodles with a taste of parmesan and fetta cheese - can be a flavored fetta, I prefer tomato and basil feta. Add brussel sprouts for the vegetable or even broccoli.

Recipe Ingredients for parmesan shells and brussel sprouts

2 tbsp margarine
10 brussel sprouts
1 cup noodles
1/4 cup feta cheese
4 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for parmesan shells and brussel sprouts

  1. Stem vegetable of choice

  2. Boil noodles according to directions until tender and drain

  3. drizzle noodles with butter about 2 tbsp.

  4. add crumbled feta cheese and shredded parmesan and microwave until cheese begins to melt. Mix all together and enjoy.
