Sauce to go over noodles... easy and delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan sauce

2 tablespoon margarine
2 tablespoon flour
1 1/4 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Parmesan sauce

Melt the margarine in pan. Stir in flour, stirring constantly, until the paste cooks and bubbles a bit, but doesn't brown... about 2 minutes. Add hot milk slowly, continuing to stir as the sauce thickens. Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper to taste, then lower the heat. Add the parmesan cheese and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy.
