Recipe Ingredients for parmesan roasted cauliflower

6 cups cauliflower
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

Recipe Directions for parmesan roasted cauliflower

  1. preheat oven to 425

  2. chop cauliflower to relatively bite-sized pieces

  3. toss with olive oil

  4. toss with spices

  5. bake 15-20 minutes or until slightly browned and tender/crispy
