Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

1 pound asparagus
1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
4 lemon wedges

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F. In a baking pan large enough to hold the asparagus in a single layer, combine the asparagus, cheese, oil, and salt. Toss to coat the asparagus evenly.

  2. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender (time will vary depending upon the thickness of the asparagus). Season to taste with pepper. Serve with lemon wedges or a splash of vinegar.
