Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Potatoes

1/2 cup parmesan, grated
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. thyme, dried
2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/8 cup butter, melted
1/8 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a bag combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, pepper and thyme. Mix well.

  3. Place potatoes in bag and shake to coat.

  4. Pour olive oil and butter into 9X13 baking dish. Stir in potatoes.

  5. Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
