An alternative to french fries. Still probably not GREAT for you, but a little better (and a little bit lower calories, I think)

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Potato Wedges

Line a baking pan with foil. Cut each potato into eight wedges. In a large bowl mix together melted butter, garlic (minced), Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Add potato wedges and stir thoroughly to coat. Place on baking sheet and bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
