Whole Wheat Pita Crisps with parmesan.

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Pita Crisps

1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Bread, Pita, Whole-wheat
3 tbsp Olive Oil
0.75 tsp Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper, Ground
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Pita Crisps

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

  2. In small bowl mix olive oil, cumin, and ground red peppers with fork.

  3. Spread oil mixture over flat Pita.

  4. Cut pita into 16 pieces.

  5. Place on cookie sheet (or two) so they do not overlap and sprinkle with cheese.

  6. Bake approximately 12 minutes.

  7. Salt optional
