Parmesan Pecans Recipe

A twist on the classic pecan. Use pecan halves to make a snack.

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Pecans

2 c chopped pecans
1/4 c butter, melted
6 tbsp fresh Parmesan, grated
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

  2. Pour pecans into a large bowl.

  3. Pour melted butter over pecans until coated.

  4. Stir in Parmesan 2 Tbsp at a time.

  5. Spread onto a nonstick baking mat, declumping nuts in the process.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
