3 oz boneless, skinless chicken tenderloin 1/2 penne pasta 1 tsp olive oil salt and pepper 1 pat butter 3/4 c frozen broccoli 2 t parmesan cheese, grated

3 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
1.5 oz Penne
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.75 cup Broccoli
0.66 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Pasta with Chicken - flatt Belly diet

  1. Heat chicken strips 2-3 minutes in microwave.

  2. Cook about 1/2 cup pasta and drain. Put into bowl.

  3. Add hot chicken to pasta.

  4. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to pasta.

  5. Add a slice of butter and melt.

  6. Add 2 t parmesan cheese.

  7. Cook broccoli in microwave. Drain and add to pasta and chicken.

  8. Stir and serve .
