very creamy and cheesy. could probably cut the parmesan in half and decrease the calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Orzo

168 g dry orzo (1 cup)
1 garlic clove
1 T brummel and brown spread
8 oz Pacific Natural Chicken Broth (1 cup)
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 oz hard parmesan cheese, freshly grated
4 g basil

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Orzo

saute garlic in butter for a few seconds. add orzo. stir until coated. add broth and water. bring to boil. cover and simmer until done, most of liquid will be absorbed. remove from heat and add basil, parmesan, and salt. garnish with cherry tomatoes if desired.
