Pork tenderloins filled with grated parmesan, onions, mushrooms and mustard, oven-baked

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan, Onion & mustard roast pork

860 g
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup orange juice
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 large onion
20 g mushrooms
3 tbsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Parmesan, Onion & mustard roast pork

  1. Add olive oil to a baking tray.

  2. Slice pieces of meat in length, place in baking tray "open" side up.

  3. Preheat oven at 210C.

  4. Bring orange juice to a boil in a small saucepan, then add chopped onion & mushrooms and boil until golden.

  5. Top the opening in the meat with parmesan.

  6. Spoon onion mixture in the opening.

  7. Add mustard on top.

  8. "Close" the meat and hold together with toothpicks.

  9. Bake for about an hour. Cut into slices and serve with rice or fries.
