Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Okra

1 lb. fresh okra, cut into 1/2 in thick
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup bread crumbs, whole wheat
2 tsp. Greek seasoning, salt free
1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Okra

  1. Saute okra in hot oil in large skilletfor 5-6 minutes

  2. add panko chips and seasoning and saute for 3 min

  3. Sprinkle w/ cheese, and serve immediately
