Yummy alternative to cornbread--great with soup

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Muffins

2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup grated parmesan

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Muffins

Mix dry ingredients with 1/2 cup parmesan. Set aside. In large bowl, mix egg, sour cream, milk and oil. Add dry ingredients until just mixed. Put in greased muffin tins, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
