Use any white fish. Cooking time is for 1/2" thick fillets.

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Fish

1 kg halibut fillets or other white fish such as sole, perch, cod, tilapia (1/2" thick)
1 tsp canola oil cooking spray
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Fish

  1. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and place fish in a single layer.

  2. Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice, then with garlic powder, lemon pepper and parmesan.

  3. Bake, uncovered, at 425 F for 10-15 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
