Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

18 oz tilapia fillets
5/8 c Signature Recipes Pasta Sauce
3/8 c Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
3/8 c grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

  1. To make crusting mixture:

  2. Thoroughly mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and oil. Set aside.

  3. Place tilapia fillets in a non-stick, shallow, baking pan.

  4. Spoon 2 to 3 TBSP of Alfredo sauce on each fillet.

  5. Use bottom of spoon to evenly coat top of fish.

  6. Sprinkle 2 to 3 TBSP of crusting mixture on each piece and firmly pat into Alfredo sauce.

  7. Place pan of tilapia in 450 degree oven on top rack. Bake for approximately 15 min or until the the internal temperature of fish reaches 150 degrees.

  8. Serve with angel hair pasta, roasted mixed vegetables, and lemon wedges.

  9. (Veggies and pasta are not included in calorie count.)
