Parmesan, garlic salt, instant potato flakes and pork tenderloin (or chicken). Very tasty.

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Crusted Pork Tenderloin

1075 g pork tenderloin
40 g parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2/3 cup instant potato flakes
3 teaspoon margarine, light

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Crusted Pork Tenderloin

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F; Grease or line with foil a baking sheet or a 9x13 baking pan.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Stir until well mixed.

  3. Cut pork tenderloin into medallions.

  4. Dip pieces into melted margarine and roll in potato flake mixture to coat. Place in prepared pan.

  5. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until pork is tender and golden brown. If need be, can turn broiler on low to brown more.
