Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

40 oz Pork Chops
3 cup Bread Crumbs
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Onion Powder

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

  1. Add Garlic, onion powder, and black pepper to flour and mix well. Place flour mixture in a pie tin.

  2. Beat the eggs and half and half until fluffy. place in a pie tin.

  3. Mix the panko and Parmesan until well blended and place in a pie tin.

  4. Spray two large baking pans and preheat oven to 375.

  5. Take each pork chop and dredge in flour. Dip in egg mixture. Then coat well with panko/parmesan mixture. Place on baking pans.

  6. Bake fo 30 minutes then flipp and bake an additional 30 minutes.
