Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Crusted Cod

2 lbs Cod, Atlantic
1 cup Lime Juice
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Crusted Cod

Rinse and pat dry filets. Season if desired and bake at 450 for 5 minutes. Whisk lime juice and olive oil and drizzle over fish, top with parmesan and broil 2 minutes until light brown
