Hellmann's Parmesan Crusted Chicken with added garlic and pared down for one person.

Recipe Ingredients for Parmesan Crusted Chicken for One

1/8 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
1/8 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 clove garlic, grated
3 T. corn flakes, crushed (or 1 T. corn flake crumbs)
4 oz. chicken, boneless, skinless breast meat

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Crusted Chicken for One

  1. Place defrosted chicken in ungreased baking dish.

  2. Combine mayonnaise , parmesan & garlic.

  3. Spoon mixture over chicken, covering evenly.

  4. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs evenly over cheese mixture.

  5. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is cooked through.
