205 grams Asparagus
1 oz Parmesan
1 serving VIGO BALSAMIC VINEGAR
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Parmesan Crust Asparagus

  1. Wash and trim asparagus. Pat dry with a towel.

  2. Place in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over asparagus, then toss to coat.

  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top

  4. Bake at 450F for ~10 minutes

  5. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top and serve
